Welcome to Vehicle Hub.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Vehicle Hub website and fleet management application at https://vehiclehub.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Vehicle Hub

Vehicle Hub helps small businesses organize vehicle, trailer, equipment, driver, document, maintenance, fuel, travel log, issue, and reminder records. Vehicle Hub is an administrative tool and does not provide GPS tracking, telematics, dispatch, route planning, legal advice, insurance advice, or compliance advice.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and controlling access to your account. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring that users you invite are authorized to access your company records.

3. Customer Content

You retain ownership of the business data, records, and files you submit to the Service ("Customer Content"). You grant Vehicle Hub permission to host, store, process, display, and transmit Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of Customer Content, including any driver, employee, vehicle, insurance, licence, or compliance records entered into the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, interfering with Service operation, uploading malicious code, violating applicable law, infringing others' rights, or using the Service to store unlawful or harmful content.

5. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider according to the pricing and billing terms shown at checkout. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written agreement. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

7. Service Availability and Changes

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service from time to time. We aim to keep the Service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vehicle Hub disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vehicle Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity. Vehicle Hub's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Vehicle Hub for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, create risk for the Service or other users, or if continued access would violate applicable law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

12. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and we may notify users by email or in-app notice when changes are material.
